The Crank It Coaching team is made up of coaching professionals with decades of experience working at all levels from the school playground to the world stage! We offer a range of services from training plans, 121 sessions, group bookings and consultations.

We have worked with clubs the length and breath of the UK, federations across Europe as well as the UCI!

Sessions

We run sessions across the country on an adhock bases along with booked sessions for small groups, individuals and clubs!

Club Morning

On the Saturday of all our Weekenders we are running a club morning where local clubs are invited to join for coaching activity’s with out team! If you are looking to get involved with a club, build you skills and confidence on the bike or just want to have a good time then come on down! There is also a chance to get some sneaky course practise in under the guidance of fully qualified coaches πŸ˜‰

Crank It developed its training programme offer after years of experience working in all levels of the sport to help you achieve your goals. Our coaches will deliver training plans tailored for your discipline, to improve your fitness, inform your tactics and develop technical skill.

The Plans

Rider Plan – Β£120 per month

Looking to take your riding to the next level? We take a more holistic approach tailoring training around appropriate goals for the rider such as skills, organisation, etc, as well as training. Fun and enjoyment are a priority of this programme.

Racer Plan – Β£250 Per Month

If you’re looking to make personal gains, smash PB’s and hit that top spot of the podium then this program is for you. We take a holistic approach to coaching helping you improve in many aspects of racing along with maximising the enjoyment of riding your bike!

  • Training tailored to your goals and needs

The process

Head coach call – to give a welcome and introduction to the programme

Rider questionnaire – to gather all relevant information for the coaches use

Initial down payment – 2 month upfront payment

Rider consultation – to introduce the coach and rider as well as gathering more detail information     relevant to the coaching

Training Starts – training peaks training begins

Feedback and evaluation – via questionnaire and/or call with head coach

All plans require a 2-month non-refundable up-front payment and comes with no set up fee. Direct debit payment on a monthly basis beginning 3 months after the initial rider consultation.
